about the team.You will join a dynamic Enterprise Systems & Solutions team responsible for managing the digital infrastructure of high-traffic, external-facing business platforms. Operating from a collaborative hub, the team is currently managing a critical parallel-run phase for its flagship online portals, leveraging modern cloud environments and microservices.
about the job.As an Analyst Programmer, you will play a key role in the deployment, support, and refinement of the organization's new enterprise-level portals. Your mission is to facilitate a seamless transition during a critical system parallel-run phase while ensuring the performance, data accuracy, and reliability of core business platforms.
- System Transition & Support: Oversee event configuration and application functions for newly launched platforms while maintaining legacy systems during a one-year parallel-run period.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive system and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans for new application change requests.
- Data & Integration: Perform database administration tasks across both Relational (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases, alongside script writing for routine job scheduling and system integration.
- Cloud & Operations: Prepare and fine-tune critical system tasks on the AWS cloud platform while collaborating with third-party vendors for ongoing system maintenance.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Handle user inquiries, assist with data fixing, and manage ad-hoc business requests from internal users and external vendors.
- Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in an Analyst Programmer capacity. (Candidates with 1+ years of experience will be considered for the Programmer level ).
- Technical Stack (Advantage): Hands-on experience in application development using Java, Node.js, JavaScript, and React SPA.
- Database Management: Practical knowledge of RESTful APIs, RDBMS, and NoSQL databases.
- Architecture & Cloud (Preferred): Familiarity with Microservices architecture, AWS Cloud, Docker, and DevOps environments.
- Modern IT Tooling: Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, SonarQube, and a strong understanding of utilizing AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini) to facilitate IT operations.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of delivering high-quality results under tight schedules.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal business users and external technology vendors.
