As an S&OP Analyst, you are responsible for facilitating optimal inventory placement at the DC-level to enable efficient deployment across the APAC region. This role is deeply operational and technical, requiring a focus on daily warehouse activities and weekly rebalancing.
Inventory Flow: Manage DC shipping schedules in Anaplan, complying with outbound capacity and store receiving requirements.
Operational Leadership: Act as the key product owner for managing DC inbound priority, retail pullbacks, and E-comm returns.
Strategic Rebalancing: Execute DC2DC transfer activities and provide system admin support to monitor performance and review results.
System Optimization: Manually adjust warehouse transfer values and system parameters for high-performing areas, such as E-commerce hubs, based on demand forecasting.
Advanced Analytics: Produce powerful analysis highlighting opportunities to achieve optimal placement at both high (channel) and low (DC) levels.
Cross-functional Liaison: Partner with Fulfillment and Logistics to bring a commercial, product perspective to DC operations and strategic initiatives.
3+ years of relevant experience in planning, analytics, forecasting, or inventory management.
Strong background in merchandise planning, specifically focused on total and multiple warehouse management.
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Power BI.
Proven ability to maintain and update system parameters and navigate S&OP tools like Anaplan.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to design formulas that proactively validate outputs and reports.
Excellent interpersonal and written skills to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholder groups.
