about the job.
- Assist to plan and organise events, conference, seminars or activities and promotional campaigns in relation to agency activities
- Prepare communication materials and RSVP lists and provide on-site event support to ensure events run smoothly
- Co-ordinate with vendors and external stakeholders for the arrangements of events, also communicate with internal stakeholders for the output materials
- Provide support on administrative works, reports and pre or post event logistics such as payment, stock record, etc.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor Degree in Public Relations, marketing or related discipline
- With at least 3 years relevant experience within insurance / financial services
- Proficient in speaking English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Strong in MS office, excel skills (pivot table / vlookup)
- Excellent team work, communications skills and presentation skills
