They are seeking a detail-oriented Fire Service Sales Engineer to join their Building Solutions team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical consultation for advanced building management systems in new construction projects.

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for the installation of Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, and Fire Fighting Systems in new construction and existing building projects.
• Prepare technical proposals, detailed specifications, and system designs, ensuring all solutions comply with Local Fire Codes (e.g., FSD) and International Standards (e.g., NFPA).
• Manage the sales pipeline, process all sales-related documentation (e.g., quotations, contracts, pricing), and assist in preparing monthly sales forecasts and detailed pipeline reports.
• Act as the primary technical consultant for Fire Consultants, Main Contractors, and Property Developers, providing expertise on fire system capabilities and regulatory compliance.

skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Safety Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 year of proven experience in the Fire Protection/Fire Services industry (e.g., design, sales, project management, or technical support).
• Demonstrated knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems (Addressable/Conventional), Gas Suppression, and Sprinkler Systems. Familiarity with local Fire Services Department (FSD) regulations is a must.
• Strong verbal, and presentation skills are essential for technical consultation and tender/contract negotiation.
• Candidates with greater experience and proven sales leadership will be considered for the Assistant Manager/Manager grade, with a clear career path to Fire Service Sales Manager.
