Focus on delivering a customer-centric experience within the cargo terminal environment.
Manage comprehensive cargo documentation for all import, export, and transshipment activities, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Execute cargo loading plans or specific booking instructions received from customer airlines.
Strategically plan and optimize the utilization of cargo capacity and weight for both Unit Load Devices (ULDs) and aircraft loading.
Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries, including follow-up on cargo tracing, claims processing, and post-flight handling.
Oversee and maintain inventory control for all aircraft and cargo loading equipment.
Serve as a key liaison, coordinating with internal teams and external parties on all daily cargo handling and operational matters.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Attainment of HKCEE/HKDSE qualification or an equivalent academic standard.
Prior experience in related fields such as cargo terminal operations, warehousing, distribution centers, freight forwarding, supply chain, or logistics is highly desirable.
Must demonstrate responsibility, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively without close supervision (independently).
Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese are required; proficiency in Putonghua is a valuable asset.
Competency in PC skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must be flexible and willing to perform shift duties, including working overnight hours.
