The Opportunity
We are looking for a forward-thinking Full-Stack Engineer to bridge the gap between cutting-edge Machine Learning and scalable user experiences. In this role, you won't just be building websites; you will be the architect of Agentic AI interfaces, creating intelligent applications that solve complex business challenges. You will work at the intersection of product design and AI research, ensuring our generative models are seamlessly integrated into a secure, high-performance ecosystem.
Core Missions
AI Integration: Architect and deploy full-stack applications that leverage Generative AI, utilizing frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph to build autonomous agentic workflows.
Infrastructure Excellence: Build and manage robust CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins) and containerized environments using Kubernetes, ensuring our "DevSecOps" culture is baked into every deployment.
Hybrid Collaboration: Partner directly with Data Scientists and AI Specialists to turn raw machine learning capabilities into intuitive, production-ready features.
System Optimization: Own the lifecycle of our applications—from identifying performance bottlenecks to implementing high-scale Vector Database solutions (Milvus, Qdrant).
Technical Stewardship: Lead project planning sessions, provide high-accuracy technical estimates, and maintain rigorous documentation standards.
Who You Are
A Technical Polyglot: You have 4+ years of professional experience and are equally comfortable in React/TypeScript as you are in Node.js or Python.
An AI Enthusiast: You don't just use APIs; you understand the ecosystem. You’ve worked with TensorFlow/PyTorch and are proficient in managing high-dimensional data via Vector DBs.
Cloud Native: You are well-versed in AWS/Azure and understand the importance of monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus) and security scanning (Sonar).
Communicator & Strategist: You possess a data-driven mindset and can translate complex technical requirements into clear action plans for international stakeholders.
Preferred Credentials
A Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or a related technical field.
Prior experience in the Financial Services sector or within an international team.
Familiarity with the DevSecOps suite (JIRA, Nexus, Harbor).
