- Provide general office administrative support such as purchasing stationery, organizing office supplies, business cards, handling mail services, processing expense claims, and invoices.
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating office accommodation, renovation, and maintenance logistics.
- Plan, arrange, and execute company events such as annual dinner, Christmas party, summer carnival, and interactive workshops.
- Provide secretarial assistance to the VP Head of Hong Kong.
- Schedule and arrange internal/external meeting logistics.
- Coordinate and document meetings, including materials and minutes.
- Collaborate proactively and independently with internal and external parties.
- Address staff inquiries.
- Communicate with service providers/suppliers for quotes, conduct cost and service standard analysis, and prepare procurement applications.
- Manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Perform assigned ad-hoc projects and tasks.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Attentive to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
