You will be stepping into a lean, high-impact marketing function that operates at the frontier of finance and technology. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Hong Kong and be responsible for the full marketing life-cycle.
You will manage and mentor a small, dedicated team of two marketing staff. This is a hands-on "all-rounder" leadership role responsible for planning and executing the entire B2B marketing strategy to attract institutional and High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) clients. Your mandate is to elevate the company's brand across all channels to ensure market leadership in the secure digital asset services space.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Own the end-to-end global marketing strategy, focusing on B2B campaigns targeting corporate treasuries, investment firms, and asset managers.
Integrated Campaign Execution: Design and deliver 360° campaigns covering digital marketing (SEO, SEM), targeted social media (LinkedIn, Twitter/X etc.), branding, and content creation.
Events Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of all physical and virtual events, including proprietary C-suite roundtables, major industry conference participation, and targeted client hospitality.
Team & Agency Management: Lead and develop the internal team of two (2), while serving as the primary liaison for external digital marketing and creative agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on scope, budget, and brand.
Stakeholder & Travel: Maintain close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Compliance teams. Must be willing to travel regularly to support international events and business development efforts.
skills & experiences required.
5+ years of progressive experience in an in-house marketing manager role, preferably within Finance, Fintech, or B2B Technology.
Must understand and have experience marketing complex financial services, with prior exposure to Web3, DeFi, Crypto Exchanges, or Digital Asset Services as a significant advantage. Strong experience in traditional finance (TradFi) marketing will also be considered.
Proven B2B experience in marketing to corporations, institutional investors, and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
Demonstrated experience managing people and leading a small marketing team to achieve performance targets.
Expertise in digital campaign execution, social media strategy, content development, and successful management of third-party digital marketing agencies.
Fluent professional English is required. Cantonese proficiency is strongly preferred due to the nature of our client base in the Greater China region.
