As a Senior Procurement Officer, you will

-Support daily procurement activities and manage service contracts for office operation, e.g. cleaning, maintenance, etc.
-Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
-Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers for favorable terms and cost savings.
-Manage the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to purchase order issuance.
-Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
-Evaluate and monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and cost effectiveness.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
-Manage supplier contracts, including renewals and amendments.
-Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
-Implement cost-saving measures and process improvements in procurement activities.
skills & experiences required.
- Diploma/ Degree Holder in related disciplines.
-Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience.
-Solid experience in managing service contracts.
-Familiarity with general procurement principles, techniques, and best practices.
-Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
