As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will
-Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies and policies for food and non-food categories, aligned with the hotel group's overall objectives and quality standards.
-Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet our stringent quality, cost, and sustainability requirements.
-Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable contracts, pricing, and terms that maximize value for the hotel group.
-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering a reliable and efficient supply chain to meet the demands of our properties.
-Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and new product offerings to identify opportunities for cost savings, product enhancements, and process improvements.
-Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, including culinary teams, operations, finance, and sustainability, to ensure seamless procurement processes and meet the needs of our properties.
-Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the procurement team, fostering their professional growth and development.
skills & experiences required.
-Relevant bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
-Min 8 years of procurement experience in food and non-food categories, preferably in the hospitality/F&B industry.
-Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, best practices, and market trends specific to the hotel industry.
-Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
