Our client is a HK listed company with strong presence in HK and PRC. Due to rapid expansion, they are seeking a mid-senior lawyer to support the business in HK and PRC.


Responsibilities:

● Advise the Company on commercial, corporate governance, IP, partnership and other contracts in the course of the Company’s business.
● Identify & flag relevant commercial & operational matters in contracts for appropriate confirmation by the responsible business units.
● Participate in strategic business decisions to understand and advise on potential contractual obligations and consequences.
● Handle and oversee litigations and regulatory investigations involving the Group; engage and work with external counsel as required.
● Handle other ad hoc tasks as required.


Requirements:

● HK / PRC qualified
● At least 5 years' PQE gained in a renowned law firm or in-house legal department in a sizable company.
● Knowledge of contract law and commercial law (and knowledge of trademark law and/or dispute resolution matters is a plus)
● Experience in f&b or retail industry is highly preferred
