Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare management information to senior management team and division
- Keep abreast of financial results and targets from bank and divisional KPI
- Liaise and coordinate with business units to analyse forecasts vs budgets
- Maintain and execute cost allocations
- Lead a team of 7 - 8 staff in MIS, manage their daily operations and provide recommendations where needed
- Prepare regular and on-demand reports from Head Office
- Address concerns from Head Office, relevant stakeholders and internal as well as external auditors on management accounting topics
- Maintain and enforce policy and procedures on management accounting
Key Skills:
- Bachelor degree in related disciplines
- Qualified accountant is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of accounting experience from banking or audit firms with financial institution clients
- Hands on experience in management accounting or MIS reporting
- Experience in a leadership position, even a small team
- Good business acumen
- Good command in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both read and written
- Excellent team player
