- Make sure that inquiries and issues related to Transactional Banking are answered promptly, within the promised timeframe, to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Serve as a dedicated Service Advisor, acting as the main contact for client service support for our Transaction Banking clients.
- Assist clients on cash and trade products, as well as specific key deals. Quote fixed deposit rates and actively secure fixed deposits with the bank, while also working to retain and expand existing business.
- Manage the setup and maintenance of eBanking services as a Technical Service Advisor, and assist the Transaction Banking team in expanding Cash Product offerings
- Effectively handle and comprehend client requirements through continuous service support, and communicate feedback regarding product and system needs to the product team
skills & experiences required
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance or a related field in banking
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in roles that involve direct interaction with corporate clients and managing end-to-end client service delivery
- Preference for candidates with extensive experience in handling complex and challenging servicing and technical issues
- Familiarity with Cash Management and Trade Finance products is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as problem-solving and people management abilities
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
