Our client is a renowned organisation in the TMT industry with rapid growth across Asia. They are seeking a highly experienced lawyer to lead and manage their legal team in Hong Kong.


Responsibilities:

• Manage various Legal aspects to the organisation in the APAC region
• Identify and analyse legal and regulatory issues
• Liaise with external and in house counsels from HK and other offices
• Provide advice to Senior Management on matters affecting legal and regulatory
• Review and comment on commercial contracts, suppliers/licensing agreements, customer terms and conditions, etc.
• Ensure legal documentation appropriately minimises risks to the organisation, and monitor the launch of relevant ordinances and regulations
• Assist in handling complaint/disputes and other potential cases
• Team management


Requirements:

• Hong Kong or common law qualified
• Minimum 15 years working experience preferably in the TMT industry
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills, attention to detail, and a strong team spirit
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
