Develop, review, and update bank credit policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements as well as the Group's standards
Monitor the implementation of rectifications and enhancement measures pertaining to credit risk management
Conduct gap analysis to ensure adherence to the latest regulatory requirements
Review and assess new products and product changes from a credit risk perspective
Perform periodic and ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
skills & experiences required.
Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, etc
3-5 years of relevant banking experience
Strong understanding of credit risk management and the Supervisory Policy Manual
Demonstrate excellent writing and people management skills
Display self-motivation, business acumen, risk management skills, and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage
