- Drive and build business relationship with key decision makers of partners
- Build up new broker relationships
- Develop new business ideas and lead the continuous development of Brokerage channel sales platform
- Formulate the business strategies, sales plans and initiatives
- Lead the team to deliver the company new initiatives and business directions
- Uplift the compliance awareness level of the team
- Review existing broker accounts on a regular basis and provide new proposal to ensure service level and compensation are competitive
skills & experiences required
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in insurance company serving brokerage channel
- Strong experience on strategic planning for business development
- Strong connection with insurance brokers will be a plus
- Strong in sales management
