As part of this opportunity, you will be joining the AML team, which consists of 4 staff members. In this role, you will report directly to the Team Head, who will provide guidance and supervision in your AML-related responsibilities
about the job.
Supervise the transaction process and identify cases that require further investigation in compliance with AML requirements
Collaborate closely with operational units, advise on AML matters to all business and operational teams
Develop and implement AML compliance policies, procedures, and monitoring programs
Manage regulatory inspections related to AML compliance
Prepare regular compliance reports on AML activities and conduct investigations into identified or reported suspicious transactions
Conduct MIS reports and deliver AML training and workshops to bank staff
Assist business and operational units in drafting and revising policies, procedures, manuals, and control documents.
Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and control testing
skills & experiences required.
Bachelor's degree or above, with a focus on Law, Banking, Finance, or related disciplines.
3 to 5 years of AML compliance experience, preferably in banking, financial institutions, or regulatory bodies
AAMLP or CAMLP prefered
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
