The International SEO team is responsible for maintaining, evolving, and elevating SEO practices across the organization. As a team, we support the business in delivering search-friendly initiatives for existing and prospective guests across our EMEA and APAC markets. The result of our work creates meaningful web experiences that drives high quality traffic to our sites, accelerating revenue growth by moving guests through the purchase funnel. Our team is a key cross-functional contributor within the business, working closely with partners in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and Technology.
You will report to the SEO Manager and work closely with the Global SEO team and in-market teams.

- Partner with the Global SEO team to continually develop and evolve our APAC SEO strategy.
- Regularly communicate to Global and APAC partners organic performance, pulling insights to inform strategy.
- Monitor technical health metrics across our sites, auditing and providing regular insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with in-market teams to ensure SEO best-practice is maintained across all new initiatives, and best-in-class experiences are delivered.
- Support in providing SEO guidelines and training for new colleagues and wider company’s collective.
- Maintain and streamline intake and delivery processes between SEO and partners for efficient collaboration.
- Innovate and automate processes, seeking ways to improve efficiency.
- Maintain visibility of current and upcoming guest search-behavior trends for proactive localized strategic targeting.
- Innovate and stay up to date with current technologies and trends within the SEO industry and APAC market, including new tools, applications, and best practices.
- Work closely with SEO teams to create cross-market synergy in the work we undertake.
- Work closely with third-party vendors to ensure alignment of activity with core organic KPIs.
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum of 3 years hand-on SEO experience, preferably with a B2C eCommerce brand/ experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, marketing, business, or computer science focus a plus
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Working knowledge of the Japanese and/or Korean language is preferred
- Proven track record of driving growth in organic traffic and rankings
- Technical SEO experience with HTML and JavaScript - on eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus
- Demonstrable understanding of the diverse search landscape within APAC (Google, Naver, Yahoo!, and Daum)
- Proficiency with some or all the following SEO tools/platforms: Google Search Console, Bing/Daum/Naver Webmaster Tools, JIRA, Confluence, Blue Triangle, SEMrush, Ahrefs, PiDatametrics, Botify, Screaming Frog, Adobe Analytics
