Collaborating closely with supervisor and/or cross team on the execution and planning of 360 brand marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL) not limted to CRM, EDM, DM, events, digital marketing, media, public relations, SMS etc.
Collaborate with external vendors to developing marketing content/materials and marketing promotion to drive brand presence and growth eg. copywriting, direction communication (EDM, DM, SMS), graphics, media contents, social media content, online & offline advertisements flyers/brochures etc.
Website management to ensure brand alignment and consistency
Review and evaluate campaign performance (CRM, media, brand et.) to drive improvements and positive ROI for the brand
Collaborate with CRM team on communication content for VIP/loyalty program
Collaborate with sales & operations to ensure all in-store communication are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign
skills & experiences required.
Degree holder in business, marketing, advertising or related discipline
Minimum 1 years work experience in marketing communication in consumer sector with O2O is a bonus
Experience in developing and managing content on digital and social media channel is a bonus
Good command in English and Chinese
Self-motivated, creative and strong project management skills
Strong team player, detail minded and strong time management
