Job Description

• Draft and review various legal documentations and contracts in support of company's business.
• Maintain and manage database and filing system.
• Perform legal research for the purpose of ensuring compliance of law & regulation.
• Handle administrative tasks, including budgeting, scheduling meetings and managing correspondences.
• Liaise with external lawyers and follow-up with commercial matters.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience gained in corporate or leading law firms.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
