Randstad is currently working with a well-established business who are currently looking for an IT Support/Helpdesk Engineer to join their business.

- Serve as one of the first points of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance around software and hardware etc.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Collaborate with other teammates in the IT department and responsible for the IT operations and support of projects such as handling incidents or service requests promptly
- Participate in system maintenance and monitoring of server performance
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar functions/roles such as technical support/service desk etc.
- Solid experience in supporting Microsoft O365, Active Directory, Windows OS, Windows Server, etc.
- Strong experience in software/hardware installation, troubleshooting, and inverntory management
- Basic knowledge of networks, switches, routers, firewalls, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and manner
- Proficient in spoken and written both Cantonese and English is a must; Mandarin speaking is a plus
