You will support Instore Marketing Manager under Retail Brand Experience function. Main duties will be supporting the in-store marketing initiatives, campaigns, and new store openings. Your attention to detail, creativity, and ability to collaborate will contribute to creating compelling experiences.

- Work closely with the in-store marketing manager to support the development of the regional Retail Brand Experience (RBE) Calendar and strategies.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of in-store marketing, including global, regional, and local campaigns, as well as the 365 product destination.
- Collaborate closely with the local RBE team to understand and address their retail needs pertaining to in-store marketing.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on RBE activities, ensuring accurate data and visually appealing layouts.
- Provide support to the store development team in the preparation of new store openings (NSO), ensuring brand consistency and a captivating store environment.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the in-store marketing team, the buying and creative (B&C) team, operations team, and store team.
skills & experiences required.
- A degree or certification in graphic design, visual art, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in related roles
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and composition.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and the ability to adapt templates to maintain a consistent brand visual identity.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring proper spacing, alignment, consistency, and accurate data.
- Knowledge of print and digital design best practices and file preparation for various mediums is a plus.
- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with the creative team and other stakeholders.
