- Take charge of the ERP system transformation project, working closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee a successful implementation.
- Assess and evaluate existing financial processes, identifying areas that can be improved and devising strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze financial data, generate reports, and offer insights to aid decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and convert them into system configurations within the ERP platform.
- Carry out data mapping and integration activities to ensure accurate and seamless transfer of financial information between systems.
- Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and promptly provide resolutions during the implementation phase.
- Create and deliver training programs to educate end-users on the functionalities and best practices of the new ERP system.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report project status to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ERP systems and financial analysis practices.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 years of FP&A experience, ideally comes with system implementation / process improvement
- Background with ERP system usage is advantageous
- Good written and verbal communication skills
