Growing Treasury Marketing team is attempting to increasing market penetration in treasury solution delivery via the implementation of digital initiatives - RPA, automation and portfolio consolidation of SME and mid-cap corporates.

... - Collaborate with relationship managers to identify and deliver treasury solutions to valued customers, specifically focusing on FX and FX-related services for corporates, including SMEs to mid-cap companies, through various channels.
- Understands G10/G7 trading, pairing with HKD/CNH, to deliver comprehensive treasury solutions to corporate clients.
- Support the digitalization initiatives led by Global Markets Sales, including the digitization of information, implementing Robotic Process Automation and automation, and establishing relevant frameworks, processes, and documentation.
- Drive digital sales initiatives aimed at improving customer and market product penetration, expanding customer outreach, and enhancing sales productivity.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as business units, legal, compliance, IT, and transaction banking, to ensure seamless execution of sales and digital projects.
- Train and equip the existing sales force with knowledge and skills to effectively market digital solutions to our client base.
- Facilitate data extraction, compilation, reporting, and analytics for the Head of Global Markets, enabling data-driven decision making.
skills & experiences required.
- Possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience (i.e. corporate sales or corporate relationship management), preferably within the banking industry.
- Knowledge of data analytics and related applications, including Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, and Excel VBA, will be advantageous.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required, with Mandarin language skills preferred.
- Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for collaborating with internal stakeholders and engaging with clients.
- Strong team player, capable of working effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
