Our client is a professional body who is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join their team.

Ensure that project managers, auditors, and other relevant members have the necessary information to deliver high-standard projects.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of project-related communications, such as memos, emails, and progress reports.
Analyzing candidate and project manager data to provide early detection of issues (e.g. shortage of project managers).
Collating and analyzing statistics post-project to uncover trends, issues, and to support ongoing year-on-year tracking and forward planning.
Booking ad-hoc projects, securing project managers, and suitable project venues within budget.
Proactively identify and escalate issues of concern.
To acquire 'expert' knowledge of project delivery processes.
Proactively support external stakeholders such as corporate firms, training providers, candidates, and project managers.

skills & experiences required.

Demonstrated experience in customer service and project management/coordination.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in business writing and skilled in maintaining professional telephone etiquette.
Capability to effectively prioritize tasks to meet team deadlines.
Skilled in working under tight deadlines and handling pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong aptitude for building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proven experience in handling difficult conversations and achieving positive outcomes for all parties involved.
Competent in delivering professional presentations.
Analytical skills with the ability to handle large data sets accurately and in an organized manner.
Proficient in problem-solving and negotiation.
Self-management and self-motivation skills.
