- Greet Members and guests warmly and professionally.
- Handle complaints and feedback with empathy, seeking to resolve issues promptly & to the satisfaction of Members.
- Deal with inbound phone calls efficiently, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Manage Activity Rooms bookings diligently, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Handle Lost & Found property matters with care and discretion.
- Assist Members with luggage or item storage, providing a helpful and secure service.
- Facilitate fax and photocopy correspondences for Members in a timely manner.
- Maintain high service standards at all times, ensuring attainment of guests' satisfaction and key performance indicators.
Required skills and experience:
- Holder of Degree/Higher Diploma Hospitality/Hotel/Tourism Management
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Hotel
