As an APAC Head, IT Procurement, you will

-Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies specific to IT procurement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
-Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure effective execution of procurement processes.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, to understand their procurement needs and requirements, and develop sourcing strategies accordingly.
-Identify and evaluate potential vendors and negotiate favorable terms and agreements for IT-related goods and services.
-Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
-Drive cost optimization initiatives, identify opportunities for process improvements, and implement best practices in IT procurement.
-Stay abreast of market trends and technological advancements in IT procurement, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and efficiency within the department.
-Prepare and present reports, metrics, and analysis related to IT procurement activities to senior management.

-Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
-Proven experience in regional IT procurement, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
-In-depth knowledge of IT procurement processes, industry best practices, and relevant regulations.
-Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
-Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
