As a Project Manager, you will
...
-Act as a Project Lead for current and upcoming projects in the region, new stock fulfilment model creation, new logistic routes development, and new store development
-Establish project action plans & roadmaps, ways of working including working groups, governance, and communication
-Define performance indicators to monitor progress including the development of baseline financial metrics to document savings of identified initiatives
-Drive process improvement, and adherence to company project standards
-Research new opportunities to improve operations
-Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organisation
skills & experiences required.
-Degree holder from a recognisable university
-At least 4 years of working experience, candidates with experience working in consulting firms are highly preferred
-Good business acumen, demonstrate strong strategic thinking, and can navigate complexity
-Comfortable with change, enjoy innovation and act in an entrepreneurial spirit
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Strong organizational skills including time management
