about the team.
You will directly report to the Project Director and lead a team of 5-6 people.
about the job.
As the project manager, your role will encompass overseeing the entire project development cycle, including early-stage planning, design, and construction. You will be responsible for leading a team of designers and site workers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest standards of quality and safety. Collaboration with clients and consultancies will be essential for the smooth operation of the projects.
Skills & qualifications required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design, architectural studies, or related disciplines, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Extensive experience in fitting out projects.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of productivity.
