As an Assistant Procurement Manager, you will
-Support the team in all aspects of procurement operations, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.

-Participate actively in supplier evaluation, negotiation of contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their procurement needs and provide hands-on support and guidance.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
-Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and technologies that can improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
-Analyze procurement data and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-Min 3 years of experience in procurement, with experience in handling tenders and contracts.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
-Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
-Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
