I joined at a time when Randstad Hong Kong was an office of 35 people and even back then Randstad was known locally for its distinctive culture. From the way we develop our staff to the way we manage and lead them, Randstad has both small and large differentiators which bring the best out of its people.

At Randstad, we invest a huge amount of resources into our people and by consistently implementing and revamping our employee engagement strategies, our people feel valued and are kept challenged to learn, every single day.

Personally, I have been very fortunate to attend regional year-long training programmes, travelled extensively in APAC through our Directors Club programme, sat pit-side at the F1 Singapore Grand Prix supporting the Randstad sponsored Williams Team, attended multiple internal technology meetings in Australasia and celebrated our 55th Birthday with the entire region in Singapore - all in the past four years.
