about the role

As an Intern at Randstad Hong Kong, you learn recruitment by assistant our teams with the following tasks:

  • The upkeep and consistent use of the recruitment database including the coding, tagging and configuration of candidate applications
  • Database management - constant work on M-front, our recruitment database, to keep candidate and client information updated at all times
  • Formatting internal documentations
  • Working on our in-house client / candidate database
  • Other associated tasks with a view to developing the role over time and assisting the team overall

You must be available for at least 3 months with availability for at least 3 days per week.

skills and experience

  • University degree or higher education discipline
  • 1 year of client servicing/customer service work experience is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must consistently meet both individual and team targets
  • Strong communication skills with solid business development acumen is essential
  • Must be able to work in a fast growing pace environment
  • Flexible and positive work attitude is a must
