about the job

If you are an experienced recruitment specialist and looking for a new opportunity to get into strategic sales our current opening for a Client Solutions Director could be for you.

Based in Hong Kong, this is a rare opportunity to lead a growing Global Client Solutions function and be at the forefront of business development and growth. You will be responsible for setting the strategy for enterprise sales and account management, identifying new markets and revenue generating opportunities along with maintaining and developing your own portfolio of clients.

You will be a key brand representative for Randstad, continuing to build and strengthen relationships with clients by forming strong partnerships and ensuring we outpace our competitors by growing our share of wallet. You must be seen as an industry leader within your space by presenting our latest research, key market insights and advising on the best solutions that align with their overall talent strategies.

Understanding complex needs you must understand how to sell/provide many of the key unique solutions we provide that go far beyond contingent search to increase market share in each account and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the business.

You will be required to provide support and work with other departments within the business to elevate the Randstad brand, develop sales capability and ensure sustainable revenue growth in key accounts and industries.



about the team

You will be part of the senior leadership team and you will be managing a small but high performing team. You will also be working with a number of specialist consultants across multiple divisions who will be responsible for the day to day delivery on the roles that you bring in.

Additionally as a senior member of the business you will be expected to provide effective mentoring and support to consultants with the overall purpose of achieving agreed targets/profits and growth in sales revenue.



skills and experience required




* Minimum of 8-10 years experience in recruitment, sales, account management
* A fast paced individual with a sense of urgency and strong commercial acumen
* An experienced people leader who can drive the team to achieve results
* Someone who loves working with multiple stakeholders and building effective and insightful relationships
* You have high EQ but low ego and you thrive on creating a successful business that outpaces the market
* An excellent public speaker with great communication and presentation skills
* Someone that wants to work in a fun and engaging environment!
* Recruitment and sales experience extremely desirable
