Provide support and maintenance for various systems within the Asia region, such as Windows servers, Active Directory management, deployment and management tools, virtualization (VMWARE/VDI/Citrix/Hyper-V), messaging (Teams, Exchange, Airwatch), and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365).
Take a leadership role and participate in projects related to deploying new applications and servers, upgrading capacity and hardware, deploying/upgrading software, implementing security tools, and reshuffling/refitting data centers.
Report and escalate incidents in a timely manner and ensure that they are properly logged.
Log and follow up on any change or IT/user requests.
Monitor systems using our monitoring systems.
Gather and provide information to build capacity planning reports within the region.
Manage vendor relationships and work with procurement teams.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory through regular checks.
Help define the strategy related to the Asia region

skills & experiences required.

5+ professional working experience (Preferably within Banking and Financial Service sector)
Strong experience supporting and maintaining Windows servers, Active Directory, deployment and management tools (BigFix, PowerShell), virtualization (VMWARE/VDI/Citrix/Hyper-V), messaging (Teams, Exchange, Airwatch), and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365)
Experience on Project Management, Incident Management, Change Management and Monitoring systems and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to gather and provide information to build capacity planning reports
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders and to help define the strategy
