As a Warehouse Manager, you will be

-Responsible for financial budget, labor planning and cost controls
-Managing continuous improvement projects related to distribution and supply chain
-Cultivating a strong safety culture to provide a safe work environment
-Setting employee expectations, provides training and feedback, and routinely inspects the facility
-Using data to proactively seek out operational improvements to optimise the operation
-Gathering and maintaining required administrative tasks for daily, weekly or monthly reporting
-Increasing revenue by providing additional or periodic services
-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
skills & experiences required.
-Degree holder from any discipline
-Min 8 years of experience in logistics, with 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
-Superior relationship building with cross-functional teams to deliver results through excellent partnership, communication and negotiating skills
-High level of attention to detail with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment to meet critical deadlines
-Refined communication skills across all levels of organisation hierarchy
-Experience applying process improvement methodologies
