Key Responsibilities

Waiter/Waitress

Greet guests, provide menus, and take accurate food and drink orders
Communicate orders clearly and efficiently to the kitchen and bar
Deliver menu items and beverages to tables in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
Monitor tables, anticipate guest needs, and respond promptly to requests
Assist in setting and clearing tables, stocking service areas, and maintaining cleanliness
Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods
Provide recommendations and suggestions to enhance the guest experience
Handle guest complaints and concerns in a calm and diplomatic manner
Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies and procedures

Restaurant Manager / Supervisor / Captain

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for service excellence
Schedule and manage waitstaff, hosts, bussers, and other frontline employees
Oversee the flow of service, monitor table turns, and address any service issues
Provide ongoing training, feedback, and coaching to improve staff performance
Assist with inventory management, par levels, and ordering of service supplies
Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu items are delivered as intended
Manage front-of-house financials, including cash handling and credit card transactions
Ensure adherence to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
Serve as a role model for staff and exemplify the company's core values

Qualifications

Waiter/Waitress

1-2 years of experience in a high-end restaurant, club, or similar service environment
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Basic math skills for handling cash and credit card transactions

Restaurant Manager / Supervisor / Captain

2-4 years of experience in a restaurant, club, or luxury dining management role
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities
