- Formulate overall partnership distribution strategy and integrated business plans with sales channels
- Lead and drive new partnership business development and collaborate with stakeholders
- Manage strategic plan development, budget planning, forecasting process, and sales target setting
- Provide management and performance reporting with insightful analysis and recommendations
- Analyse performance across revenue and expenses lines to identify business opportunities
- Monitor and track business initiatives and provide timely updates and recommendations to management
- Observe market trends, changes, and developments to identify opportunities and challenges
- Collect and analyse market needs from various sources for insights in formulating partnership distribution business plans
- Define, drive, and develop sales incentive scheme for sales channels
- Ensure compliance with local budget and expense guidelines and establish internal controls
- Communicate business directions to PD staff through different platforms to align expectations and increase staff engagement
- Perform other assigned responsibilities and duties to meet business needs
skills & experiences required.
- University degree with over 8 years of experience in insurance/financial services, management consulting, or corporate strategy
- Qualification of CPA, MBA, or equivalent discipline are preferred
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, management reporting, and strategic planning
- Demonstrated ability to think innovatively, exhibit curiosity, and propose new ideas for business solutions
- Possesses a strategic and analytical mindset, is self-motivated, and focused on achieving results
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Independent individuals with capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A team player who collaborates effectively with others
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for developing financial models, data analysis, and management presentations
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Willingness to obtain relevant licenses if the job involves regulated activities
