about the job.
- responsible for soliciting and developing commercial banking business and serve commercial clients in the Greater China New Economy/ TMT/ pre-IPO segment
- collaborate with business partners, evaluate new business opportunities by engaging in the sales and marketing of commercial banking services in the areas of syndicated finance, trade finance, cash solution, DCM and FX
- apart from serving a designated portfolio of accounts in the commercial banking business segment, you will also be cultivating existing clients to explore further relationship/income opportunities
- providing ongoing portfolio supervision and management, including annual review, financial monitoring and report tracking.
skills & experiences required.
Your previous experience as a Relationship Manager within Commercial/ Corporate Banking will help you succeed in this role. You will have 6+ years of China corporate coverage experience, preferably within new economy/ TMT/ pre-IPO segment; also be familiar with syndicated finance, trade finance, cash solution, DCM and FX. You will be a team player in achieving team targets and also detail minded in conducting in-depth financial and credit assessment within credit policy and parameters of the bank. Due to the targeted client segment, you will be required to speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English on a daily basis.
