    Our client is a fast growing Global HR Tech / SaaS company. Powered by their expertise-enabled technology platform, their partners/ clients can expand the business across the globe and maintain great employee experiences. Due to their aggressive expansion plan in Asia, they are looking for an experienced "VP of Business Development, APAC" to lead the entire sales organization across the region.


    about the job.


    • Scale and oversee the APAC Business Development organization; Establish and define processes and standards and implement the necessary sales performance metrics in order to focus and accelerate the team’s ability to maximize market growth potential
    • Oversee the establishment of continuously improving sales processes and methodologies that will drive a robust stream of qualified new leads and the development of high-level relationships with targeted end users that will drive our future order backlog
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high performing organization with a clear focus on accelerating company growth and performance
    • In cooperation with the regional Enterprise Sales Managers, Mid-Market Sales Managers and Inside Sales Representatives, develop and foster key customer relationships, and drive a mindset and processes that customer service
    • Develops and implements a sales action plan with objectives and strategies to increase revenue and aggressively acquire new accounts
    • Attends conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepares post-event reports and analysis



    skills & experiences required.


    • 15+ years’ experience successfully leading an APAC business development organization during a period of substantial growth
    • Demonstrated accomplishments in organizational development, team building, mentoring, general leadership and revenue growth strategy development
    • Demonstrated ability to innovate and encourage others to actively collaborate across a global organization and to look for new an unconventional solution to the business challenges we face
    • Flexible and comfortable dealing with a high degree of ambiguity and able to adapt rapidly as the business evolves
    • Relevant experiences in HRTech, Staffing, Tech SaaS sectors would be a plus
    • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (prefer)
