Support and oversee day to day market risk measurement, monitoring, control and reporting duties
Perform risk reporting, analysis, stress testing, back testing, provide explanation on the key areas of market risk profile
Participate in FRTB implementation including policy formulation and on-going enhancement.
Maintain and enhance market risk management policies and procedures, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and market practise.
Partner with stakeholders to support new services and product development, participate in risk management related UAT

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder in related disciplines, preferably from finance, statistics, risk management, mathematics, financial engineering, quantitative finance, etc; Holder of CSTMP, FRM, CFA will be an advantage
At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in market risk preferably from the banking sector
People management experience is an advantage but not a must
Product understanding in treasury, FX/ Money Market, credit/ fixed income, interest rate derivatives
Sound knowledge in statistical and quantitative analysis with programming skills like VBA.
Familiar with FRTB and Murex.
Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
