- Manage and lead the full spectrum of compensation & benefits operations duties but not limited to payroll review, benefits administration, tax reporting
- Responsible for staff cost budgeting, annual benefits policy renewal and C&B-related policy updates
- Advise HR matters related to implementation of salary, benefits and international mobility if necessary
- Discuss with internal stakeholders on analysis and reporting; mployment ordinance changes and updates
- Strong understanding of system implementation processes
- Work closely with Rewards team on annual salary review process
- Managed all benefits related matters such as MPF/ORSO, medical renewals, including managing vendor relationships
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits area, preferably from banks or financial institutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in both written and spoken English
