... They are now looking for a driven and engaging Business Manager to join their Hong Kong office. Small and flat team. Promotes operational excellence work culture. 5 days work. about the job. As a Business Manager, you will:
- Responsible for full-spectrum of Global Markets "GM" business management matters
- Facilitate the growth of business by planning and executing APAC business projects, new products development and regulatory initiatives
- Represent the GM Division in executive meetings, conduct business presentations to the C-suites
- Participate in regulatory projects and license applications for new product launches
- Perform insightful performance and KPI analysis, review workflow efficiency and identify associated operational risks and report to the senior management
- Act as a business partner to strategize projects with Sales & Trading, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Finance departments
- Travel is required
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder in Business Management, Risk, Finance or related discipline
- At least 8-10 years experience in middle office, business management, project or change management in Global Markets environment
- Strong project and change management skills, ability to identify issues and advise the business using a consultative approach
- Excellent presentation interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Good command in both English and Mandarin
