A prominent real estate developer and shopping mall operator headquartered in Hong Kong, is seeking talented VIP Manager to join their team.

• Report directly to the Team Head
• Thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic working environment

• Achieve sales targets through personalized client services and recruitment efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with top-tier clients.
• Expand and manage the CRM system.
• Brainstorm and execute loyalty programs for clients.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners for unique client experiences.
• Collaborate with brand experts to match client preferences with relevant products and services.
• Stay updated on market trends and programs.
• Coordinate and execute sales-driven events, including planning, logistics, and budget control.
• Develop innovative events aligned with business goals.
• Prepare event proposals, performance reports, and manage budgets.

• Bachelor degree holder or above
• Experience in the Sales or VIP Servicing industry.
• Knowledge and expertise in luxury watches and jewellery is a valuable advantage.
• Possess fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Less experience will be consider as "Senior Officer".
