Responsible for covering institutional clients in the Hong Kong market
Work together with trading and strategy teams to achieve targeted revenue goals
Generate deep understanding of client needs and building relationships with key client decision makers
Work closely with team to strengthen electronic distribution of cash and derivatives
Build effective relationships with the clients to develop revenue opportunities and to deliver a high quality of service
Develop pipeline of target institutional clients to generate revenue on institutional equity sales business
Customise investment solutions to suit the needs of prospects and existing clients.

skills & experiences required.

5-10 years of equity sales experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization, written and oral communication skills along with excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail with logical thought process
Fluent in Mandarin and English a must
