    about the job.• Leveraging extensive sourcing channels, including market mapping, direct referrals and an internal network to proactively build and maintain a pipeline of senior diverse talent for current and future positions
    • Building relationships with diverse talent to understand career motivations and identify potential opportunities ensuring exceptional candidate experience at every stage
    • Establishing, cultivating and maintaining ongoing relationships with senior stakeholders to assist with their D&I recruitment strategy execution
    • Working closely with divisional executive recruiters, global HR business partners and business stakeholders to match diverse talent to existing open positions, facilitating introductions and networking opportunities
    • Demonstrates expert understanding of business recruitment needs, using data driven insights of hiring trends, attrition, workforce plans and skills gaps

    skills & experiences required.• 8+ years' experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent management, in one or more APAC Markets (Japan, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China)
    • 2+ years' experience in diversity sourcing or recruiting
    • A proven ability of optimizing the candidate experience at a senior level
    • Demonstrated experience in relationship management with key stakeholders and high degree of flexibility to adapt to fast changing requirements
    • A strong attention to detail with a passion for clean and meaningful data
    • Exceptional communication and influencing skills with experience collaborating across teams in a matrix environment
