About the Company

Our Client is a well-known Financial Services Company. With the rapid growth in business, they are now looking for an experience VP- Administration (a new headcourt) to join their company and report to EVP.

About the role

  • Provision of full spectrum of professional office administrative support to the company
  • Manage the office daily operation duties, supervise mailing team, admin staff and receptionist etc
  • Handling general office administration functions, including facilities management & maintenance and office renovation projects
  • Organise and coordinate corporate events, such as oversea seminar, training workshop etc
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Additional office administative ad-hoc tasks

Skills and experience requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder or above
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in Administrative, and at least 5 years manager level or above
  • Previous experience in sizeable company as an Administrative Manager (min 150 headcourt)
  • Advanced skills in computer literacy (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint essential)
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Proactive, confident, works well under pressure and embrace challenges
  • Proven ability to work effectively, independently and to show initiative
