Our client is a travel retailer that has operations in over 40 countries, and is looking to hire an HR & Admin Officer to take over operational duties alongside the HR Manager.

About the Job

Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Admin duties, which not only include recruitment, C&B (payroll), and general office administration duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • The full cycle of recruitment for frontline and back office, compensation and benefits, learning and development and general administration
  • Supporting the HR team with the full process of payroll, and other C&B operations duties (including MPF administration, medical, tax filing, etc…)
  • Assist in staff recruitment functions, including job advertisement posting, candidates screening, interviews conducting and offer making
  • Take charge of staff on-boarding and induction process for new hires
  • General office administration will include office equipment, forecasting, insurance renewal, etc...

Skills and Experience Requirements

To be an ideal candidate, you must have:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or relevant disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years of HR & Admin experience in sizeable firms, with experience in C&B operations, including payroll
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
