  • SME Trading Company with 20 people in Hong Kong
  • 5 Days Work; Hours: 9:00am - 6.00pm

About our client:

Our Client is an SME Trading Company. With the expansion in Hong Kong, they have created a new headcount for an Assistant HR Manager role to take care the HR issue in Hong Kong.

There is a team of 2 serving 20 headcounts in Hong Kong with their payroll has been outsourced to agency.


  • Handle daily HR work including but not limited to HR administration; talent acquisition process; performance management; training and development; attendance and contract management;
  • Conduct monthly payroll checking, MPF administration, tax filing, medical insurance, attendance and leave management, etc.
  • Maintain employee database and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Provide support for different employee events
  • Ad hoc projects assigned


  • Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Well verse with Hong Kong Labor Ordinance
