What does the role involve?
- Develop, implement and manage learning and development programs that align with business objectives and support employee growth and development.
- Ensure all training programs meet regulatory and compliance requirements set forth by HKMA..
- Collaborate with senior management to identify training needs and design effective solutions to address them.
- Manage and oversee the delivery of training programs to ensure they are executed successfully and meet desired outcomes.
- Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS) to ensure it is up-to-date and effective.
- Build and maintain relationships with external training providers to ensure the organization has access to the latest industry-specific training and development resources.
What experience do you need?
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, with specific knowledge of HKMA and SFC regulations.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing successful learning and development programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
