My client is an international beauty company. They are currently looking for a Training Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Head of HR and leading 1 subordinate.

Responsible for full spectrum learning & development function including both retail and corporate functions
Develop and design training curriculum, set training objectives that are aligned with the business goals & training needs for designated departments
Facilitate new joiner induction program for all newly recruited employees for all level corporate and retail staff
Identify training needs for retail team, provide beauty advisors progress and feedback to store managers and collaborate on development plans to build team effectiveness
Deliver training programs such as product and skills training for retail team and work closely with merchandising, marketing and retail teams
Coordinate training sessions with collaborated brands, provide training evaluations and reviews for positive training impact
Drive business performance through upgrading retail team service
Regular communication with regional team and keep them updated on new training program, concepts & campaign, adapt and modify training materials implemented by headquarters
Implement tutorial and coaching tools for effective learning in store environment
Conduct follow-up & provide in-store coaching to store management team
Promote company culture through developing employees’ accomplishments and staff engagement activities
Perform training reports analysis & the action plans
Support in any ad hoc projects as required

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Training or relevant disciplines
Minimum 6+ years of Training / Learning & Development experience in retail companies, preferably in beauty industry
Strong communicator, flexible and a good team player
Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, basic photo and video editing skills
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
